The Year of the Child, The Year of Hope - May 1979 - Issue 8
Vol. 3 (1979)
Millions and millions of dollars and pounds are being spent on war and armaments all over the world. But how little is being spent on “peace”! It is vain to speak of the Children’s Year in the shadow of canons and bullets. Violence, like fire, is spreading everywhere and threatening the world with extinction. And all of us are responsible for this degradation.
